Frequently asked questions
Does the app track my location continuously?
No. Terrio only detects Bluetooth beacons within ~10 metres. No GPS coordinates are ever collected or stored.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes, at any time from the app settings. Your demographic profile is permanently deleted within 24 hours (GDPR art. 17).
Can I receive offers without creating a profile?
Yes. Generic, non-personalised offers are sent to all users. Creating a profile enables personalised offers based on your preferences.
Who can see my data?
Only the Terrio operators and the merchants whose stores you visit (anonymised aggregate data only). We never sell personal data.
