2. Data processed and purposes

• Navigation data — server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Consumer profile — date of birth, gender, interests, language (optional, with explicit consent). Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
• Contact form data — name, email, organisation for demo requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b)).

3. Data retention

Navigation data: max 12 months. Consumer profile: until withdrawal of consent or deletion request. Contact data: max 24 months from last contact.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR art. 15–22 you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact: privacy@terrio.it.
