Terms of Service

1. Service provider

2. Services offered

Terrio provides a proximity marketing platform based on BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacons for merchant, tenant (associations), and consumer users.

3. Registration and accounts

Registration requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account (GDPR art. 8).

4. Acceptable use

Messages sent via the platform must comply with all applicable laws. Discriminatory, offensive, misleading or illegal content is prohibited. Terrio reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts.

5. Withdrawal right (consumers — D.Lgs 206/2005 art. 52)

Consumer users may withdraw from digital service subscriptions within 14 days of activation without penalty, unless the service has already been fully used with prior consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Terrio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or damages due to misuse of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months.

7. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Sondrio, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
